Good and Bad Skin Foods

We’ve been on a skin nutrition technician’s course and learnt lots about good nutrition.  In particular it was fascinating to see the huge variation in nutrients a given food may contain.  Oranges have lots of Vitamin C don’t they?  Well some do, some don’t.  Much will depend on when the fruit was picked, how it’s been stored and so on.  So you may be having your 5 – a -day but still not getting all the nutrients you need.  This is why there’s a strong case for everyone taking supplements and we’ll be writing more about this later.  In the meantime, you may like to read about Good and Bad Skin Foods
